合成纤维袋式过滤器

产品特性

滤材采用抗断裂的有机合成纤维构成的高性能热熔法加工而成，递增强结构，过滤性能好，容尘量大；

滤袋采用线缝工艺或无缝焊接技术，保证运行的可靠性；

各组袋均有定位风道,确保最佳过滤效果.

不含硅设计过滤器,特别适用于喷漆车间.

过滤级别:G3.G4.F5.F6.

符合防火分类标准欧洲DIN53438-F1及美国UL900-CLASS2.

耐湿度强,可达到100%耐湿性

常温80℃

用途

空调通风系统过滤

粗尘过滤（G3、G4）过滤系统预过滤，中效过滤器的前道过滤

细尘过滤（F5、F6）高效过滤器的预过滤

pocket synthetic fibre filter

Speciality:

 It is processed by high-powered thermal-melt nonwovens of the anti-fractured synthetic fibre, The increasing structure structure, high filter efficiency; large dust holding ;

 This filter pocket is made by seam craft or solderless jointing, to guarantee the feasibility of movement;

 Each group of pockets have the localization air flue, guarantees the best filtration effect.

 The filter doesn’t contain silicon, it is very suitable specially for the spray-painting workshop;

 The class of the filter: G3.G4.F5.F6.;

 Conform to European and American classification for nonflammability (e.g DIN 53438-F1, UL900 class 2 with flameout)

 High moisture resistance, the wet fastness may achieve 100%;

 Normal Temp: 80℃

Using

Filter for air-condition and ventilation system;

Thick dust filter (G3,G4), primary filtrate for the filtration system, primary filtrate for the medium filter

Thin dust filter (G5,G6), primary filtrate for the HEPA filter
